Hi, we are Magdalena & Luca! In 2020, when covid started, we purchased a maisonette in West London that needed refurbishment. Magdalena: I took upon myself project management and design of the property, which, in the end, was valued higher than any similar property sold in the area. We did a lot of work ourselves and with help from our family. During the process, we found our passion for property! We realised that we could achieve our goals of having more free time to travel and experience life whilst helping local communities and providing great returns for our investors.
We decided to take a professional approach, and Magdalena went full-time into the business in 2022 after gaining a wealth of knowledge through mentorships with experienced developers.
We like to work with like-minded investors and aim to deliver personalised, hands-free, end-to-end property investment services to help those struggling with time and experience in property development.

Luca has decades of experience working in technology, and he is currently a Chief Technology Officer at a virtual events production company and a shareholder in several technology start-up companies.
He is passionate about improving homes with technological devices. Luca is responsible for our smart utilities management and other business areas in automation and technology.
